Jano D. Banks Jano D. Banks is president, CEO, and co-founder of Radiient Technologies. He brings to Radiient 20 years of engineering and management experience in both system and semiconductor product design. Prior to founding Radiient, Mr. Banks managed HDMI chip development at Silicon Image, served as principal engineer at DVDO, and performed various technical and management roles at Apple. While at Silicon Image, Banks co-invented HDMI, the de-facto standard for high-definition video and audio connectivity. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University Mr. Banks holds 15 granted U.S. patents. |

Bradley J. Bozarth Bradley J. Bozarth is CTO of Radiient Technologies. He brings 9 years of engineering and technical leadership experience in system and software design, particularly in product R&D and in leveraging Linux and open source software. Prior to joining Radiient, Mr. Bozarth served as software engineer at Cisco and at AYR Networks, developing tools and operating system software for Cisco's core IOS and SANOS platforms. Bozarth was a key member of the Cisco/AYR team that implemented IOS functionality, build and development infrastructure, and the custom ASIC device drivers necessary to enable cross-platform use of Linux on Cisco routers. While at Radiient, Bozarth has developed the unique A/V mesh networking protocol that enables Roomcaster's low-latency, no-dropout transmission of high definition surround sound and multi-point video. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Mr. Bozarth is a key contributor to a majority of the patent pending intellectual property developed at Radiient. |
